This summer, I had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing styled shoot, put together with the help of my friends. Wedding vendors from pretty much every aspect of the wedding industry collaborated into creating something completely unique and beautiful. This shoot, that we now refer to fondly as the “peach” shoot, was where it all began for our new wedding blog, Blushing: a Bridal Blog. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you can read all about it here.
Inspired by the lovely rolling Pennsylvania hills, and the hidden gem of a venue known as the Hayloft this shoot features two vintage inspired dresses and a casually dressed groom. The Hayloft, nestled in the quiet country side in the lovely hills of Laurel Highlands, was absolutely beautiful. Our goal for the shoot was to compliment the rustic beauty of the venue by keeping styling simple and classic.
The green floral headpiece and the coral bow tie drew inspiration from the bouquet in order to create a cohesive look and slightly southern feel for the couple. The make-up made her pop, and the French braid completed the look. Our other bride shined on her own. We wanted to draw you in with the scenery, but make you swoon at the details.
I think everything turned out just Peachy! Go ahead and take a look for yourself!
